Return policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return for an eligible reason.

Eligible return will only be applicable for packing unit(s) that are intact in the original condition that these were shipped in, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For all eligible returns, cost of return (including safe transportation to seller's warehouse) will be exclusively paid by the buyer.

All eligible returns get accepted only once the package is physically received and inspected by the seller.

To start a return, you can contact us at kplclick.crm@kplintl.com . If your return is accepted, we'll send you required instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting it approved, a return will not be accepted.
